Job Scope​s

• To carry out the purchasing function within the Finance & Accounts Department.

• To assist in accounting duties when required.

 

Core Responsibilities

• Work with Logistics Supervisor to handle purchases of materials for sites/projects as well as for office.

• Source for and communicate with approved vendors/suppliers for quotations and specifications on the required materials for Company’s projects and work sites.

• Send out invitations to vendors/suppliers for tenders and quotes.

• Work with Logistics Supervisor to use Company’s matrix to evaluate vendors’/suppliers’ capability, quality, reliability and price competitiveness.

• Check and verify delivery orders and invoices from vendors/suppliers to verify accuracy and follows up with them when there are discrepancies and inaccuracies.

 

Qualifications / Experiences Required

• Only for Singaporeans.

• Possess ITE Certificate in any discipline.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• No prior experience required as structured training provided. Fresh graduates are welcome.

• Relevant hands-on experience will be an added bonus.

• Keen in self-development and career growth.
